I’ve been helping businesses and artists bring concepts to life through video and design for nearly two decades.
I started my career working in-house for a large multinational, where I bridged the gap between complex research and commercialisation through the power of visual storytelling. Over time, I honed my skills in video production, leading me to create a freelance brand ‘Film by Aaron Lamb’.
I’ve since worked with a wide range of clients to deliver a diverse portfolio of work including music videos, promotional and commercial videos, independent film, documentaries and social media content.
Founding Six Eyes is the next step in my journey to offer bespoke solutions tailored to my clients’ needs—whether it’s managing a full production from start to finish or joining a larger production team to fulfil a specific role.
My skills include - Concept Development, Script Writing, Producing, Directing, DOP, Camera Operation, Editing, Colour Grading, Sound Design and Motion Graphics and Photography.

I’ve always had a passion for creating content. Initially, that content was football match reports for national publications before growing into B2B PR, social media management and content creation, mainly focusing on professional sports turf.
For over ten years I ran my own company ‘Blair Ferguson Media’ - working with international brands where the personal touch has always been key, whether it’s video, photos or written work, being involved from start to finish ensures the best results.
The mission has always been to bring the why and how to life, so founding Six Eyes has been the natural next step in being able to bring even more versatility and options to my clients.
My skills include: Script Writing, Producing, Camera Operation, Drone Pilot, Editing, Sound Design, Motion Graphic, Photography and Social First Video.

Six Eyes operates differently from many agencies. We own our own cameras, lenses, gimbals, drones, lighting, and sound equipment - meaning all our productions have access to high-quality gear at no extra cost . We only rent equipment when absolutely necessary and always discuss this upfront during the planning phase.
Our team is in-house too. From planning to shooting to editing, keeping everything under one roof helps us stay efficient, control costs, and ensure everyone working on your project fully understands it. But when a project calls for it, we can scale up fast. We have a trusted network of experienced freelancers - professionals we’ve worked with for years - who can seamlessly integrate into our team whenever needed.
